Rich DePippo

Chief Executive

Rich DePippo joined HEALTHFRONT as Chief Executive on September 15, 2011 and he had been working with the Board of Directors as a business consultant for nearly a year. Before moving to Santa Fe, Rich worked in New York City at Geller & Company, a closely held firm that provides comprehensive accounting and Chief Financial Officer outsource services. Over eight years at Geller & Company Rich was responsible for managing various departments including asset management, real estate, general accounting, and SAP implementations for their largest client, Bloomberg L.P. (a global financial information services company with offices in more than 60 countries). Before joining Geller & Company in 2001, Rich worked at ADT Security Services Inc., the largest electronic security company in the world and a subsidiary of Tyco International. He was at ADT for nine years and held a number of positions including Manager of Strategic Pricing and Analysis, Director of National Account Sales, and Division Controller. Rich previously worked for Wells Fargo Alarm Services, a Division of Borg Warner, for ten years as an auditor, region controller and general manager, and before that he began his career in public accounting. Rich holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, and was an accredited CPA in the state of Pennsylvania.

Rich and his partner Doug have had a home in Santa Fe since 1999. They love The City Different and Northern New Mexico, and like many part-time residents, they eventually decided to live here year round. His favorite activities include international travel, reading, mountain hiking, and cooking. Rich grew up cooking in his family's restaurant in Pennsylvania and he is a volunteer at the Youth Shelter in Santa Fe where he conducts a Sunday evening program called “Kids Can Cook”.

Karen Tiegler

Practice Administrator

Karen joined Health Front in 2004 as part of the administrative team and has continually increased her knowledge base and responsibilities within the company. Currently Karen holds the title of Practice Administrator, and is tasked with the daily operations of Health Front, PC. Karen serves as the primary liaison to patient billing and to the hospitals' Medical Staff Offices. Karen serves as the benefits and human resources coordinator, the principal operations manager, the payroll administrator and general accounts manager. With the help of her team, Karen makes sure all aspects of the office run smoothly so that the Health Front clinical staff can focus on providing excellent medicine to the community.

A member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Medical Practice Executives, Karen is effective in managing the daily tasks of a medical practice while balancing advocacy initiatives necessary to ensure the future of quality healthcare in New Mexico.

Proud mother of two, if not working, Karen is likely found playing soccer with her kindergartener, singing to the baby, or writing the “Great-American Novel”.

Kate Mahurin

Assistant Practice Administrator

Kate Mahurin currently holds a position of Assistant Practice Administrator at Health Front, PC and has been with Health Front since 2008. Kate was born and raised in Molodechno, Belarus and moved to the United States at the age of 16 as an exchange student after winning a scholarship through the Future Leaders Exchange Program. Kate has an A.A.S. in Management with Marketing Emphasis from Oklahoma State University and was recently accepted at the Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico. She will attend classes this summer.

Prior to joining Health Front, Kate worked in the real estate and mortgage/banking businesses, where she learned a variety of skills.

Kate loves Santa Fe and enjoys spending time with her children, exploring and hiking, visiting art openings and museums and learning about the local culture. Kate is passionate about her family and work at Health Front, where she hopes to have a long and successful career.

Frances Wilson

Administrative Assistant

Frances Wilson is the Administrative Assistant for Health Front and has been with the group since June 2009. She is a graduate from New Mexico State University with a Bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Prior to joining the Health Front team, Frances worked as an advertising account executive for Santa Fe's local newspaper, The New Mexican, as well as contributing some freelance writing. Frances is originally from Deming, New Mexico and has lived in Santa Fe for 5 years. Frances and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors with their daughter.
