Dr. Stewart Anderson, a practicing emergency physician, is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been serving the communities of Santa Fe
and Los Alamos since 2010. Dr. Anderson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology, prior to completing his medical degree at the University
of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2007.
Prior to coming to Santa Fe, Dr. Anderson worked as an Emergency Physician and Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock,
NM. He enjoys the unique opportunity that medicine offers to learn about different cultures, languages and world-views that make up our community.
Outside of the hospital Dr. Anderson fills his time with edible gardening, exploring the mountains and deserts, and learning about native plants and their uses with his family.
